Cashflowty is a real estate crowdlending platform that facilitates collective investment in real estate projects. We act as intermediaries between investors and project promoters.

3. User Requirements

To use our services, you must be over 18 years old, have legal capacity to contract, reside in Spain or an EU country, and complete the identity verification process (KYC).

4. Investment Risks

Investments in real estate crowdlending carry risks. Invested capital is not guaranteed and may be lost in whole or in part. Past returns do not guarantee future performance.

5. Fees and Charges

Cashflowty charges fees for its intermediation services. Applicable fees are detailed in each project and are accepted by the user before making any investment.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including texts, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of Cashflowty S.L. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cashflowty shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or investments made through it.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from their publication on the website.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
